Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Manager (Printing)

Job Summary

We are an established printing company looking for a Sales Executive / Sales Manager to grow our corporate and SME customer base. Depending on experience, you will either handle client accounts directly or lead the sales team. You will work closely with our production team to ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Find and approach new clients such as companies, agencies, schools, and event organisers, while maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers.
• Quotation & Closing: Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales for printing products.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain good relationships with existing customers, manage key accounts, and follow up for repeat orders.
• Production Coordination: Pass job details to the production team, confirm artwork and specifications, and update clients on order progress.
• Sales Targets & Reporting: Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare sales reports and forecasts.
• Team Leadership (Manager level): Lead, coach, and monitor the sales team, and work with management on pricing and market development.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Sales Executive: 1–3 years of sales experience.
• Sales Manager: Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in the printing or packaging industry is an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Own transport and a valid driving licence.

Salary:

• Sales Executive: From RM 3,000.00 (depending on experience)
• Sales Manager - From RM5,000.00 (depending on experience)
• Incentives: Sales Commission / Performance Bonus
