Job Overview

To provide friendly and efficient customer service while ensuring smooth daily restaurant operations, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering quality food and service in accordance with company standards.

Job Requirements

• Only Malaysian citizens are eligible to apply

• Minimum SPM/STPM.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• 1 year of working experience in an F&B-related field is preferred.

• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Responsible and independent.

• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

• Execute daily operations for food preparation and service.

• Ensure daily operations run smoothly and in line with company policies and management directives.

• Assist in opening and closing duties, including cleaning and preparation tasks.

• Assist Supervisor/Outlet Manager in handling stock and performing stock checks.

• Support the team in maintaining productivity and service flow.

• Communicate clearly, constructively, and consistently with team members and management.

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Process payments via POS systems accurately.

• Prepare and serve drinks to customers.

• Uphold and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all tasks.

• Maintain a high standard of service, efficiency, cleanliness, and sanitation.

• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management.
