Responsibilities
RecruitFirst Hiring! You will be outsourced/ deployed to:
Location: Ubi
Pay: $2600/month
Duration: Immediate – 31st March 2027
Working Hours: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend
Shift 1: 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM
Shift 2: 8:15 AM to 6:00 PM
️Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound phone calls and email enquiries
Provide follow-up and accurately log call details into the system
Requirements:
Minimum qualification with O Level / Higher Nitec
Customer Service or Call Center Experience
Good Communication Skills
Comfortable Handling Calls & Emails
Tech-Savvy and Customer-Oriented
