Spectrum International School welcomes enthusiastic and motivated students to join our Internship Intake 2026/2027. This opportunity is open to students from various academic backgrounds who are seeking practical experience and professional development within the education sector.

Interns will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, contribute to daily school operations, and develop valuable workplace skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Available Departments

We welcome applications for internship placements in the following departments:

• Academic & Teaching Practicum – Support classroom teaching, lesson preparation, learning activities, student engagement, and classroom management under the supervision of teachers.
• Information Technology (IT) – Assist with technical support, troubleshooting, IT equipment, and technology-related operations.
• Finance & Accounting – Assist with financial documentation, data entry, invoice processing, and financial record management.
• Administration – Assist with office administration, filing, data entry, correspondence, documentation, and general administrative duties.
• Operations & Facilities – Support daily school operations, facilities coordination, inventory management, logistics, and operational activities.
• Student Affairs & School Support – Assist with student programmes, school events, activities, and student engagement initiatives.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the assigned department with daily tasks and ongoing projects.
• Support administrative and operational activities as required.
• Participate in departmental projects, meetings, and school events.
• Collaborate with staff and other departments to support school operations.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy when handling school records and information.
• Perform other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor.

Responsibilities will vary according to the assigned department and the intern's academic background.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification from a recognised university or college.
• Eligible for internship, industrial training, or teaching practicum as part of the academic programme, where applicable.
• Able to provide an official internship or practicum placement letter.
• Possess good communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
• Proficient in Google Workspace; relevant technical skills are an advantage.
• Able to commit to the internship duration required by the respective institution.
