Our member company is seeking a meticulous and motivated Business Manager (Microbiology)to join the team In this role, you will play a critical part in leading growth and business development strategies for the Industrial Solutions/Microbiology segment, driving profitability, market expansion and strong client and partner relationships.

Job Responsibilities

• Developing growth strategies and plans for Industrial Solutions / Microbiology segment
• Responsible for the overall expenses and profitability of the business unit segment
• Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
• Researching new business opportunities and viable income streams
• Following industry trends both locally and internationally
• Prepare business proposals and lead in negotiation with stakeholders to achieve goals
• Develop close working relationship with international partners
• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
• Increasing client base

Job Requirement

• Degree in Life Science, Biotechnology, Biomedical, Medical Technology or related discipline
• 6 years of relevant sales or product management experience and in leading a team
• Experience in Industrial Solutions / Microbiology
• In-depth knowledge of the clinical research and/or healthcare sector within APAC
• Driven personality with a hunger to succeed
• Strong analytical and management skills
