Full Time Project Manager (Construction) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,500 in E CONST DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee building and civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to the required quality and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and monitor overall project progress, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee daily construction operations and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Monitor project costs, material usage, manpower, and subcontractor performance.
• Identify and resolve project issues, delays, and technical challenges.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress updates to Management.
• Manage project documentation, variation orders, claims, and handover activities where required.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
• Experience in building and/or civil construction projects is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, project scheduling, cost control, and site management.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and travel to project sites when required.
