Full Time Fleet Support Coordinator cum Relief Driver Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Ev Worldwide Resources Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Fleet Support Coordinator cum Relief Driver to support our daily transport operations.

This is a hybrid operational role combining fleet and vehicle management, documentation support, and relief driving.

Your main responsibility is to ensure that our company vehicles are properly maintained, compliant, documented and ready for daily operations. You will also assist the Fleet Operations team with delivery documentation such as sorting, scanning and filing Delivery Orders (DO).

As part of this position, you will be our designated Relief Driver when required to cover drivers who are on planned leave, emergency leave or unexpected absence.

Key Responsibilities

Fleet & Vehicle Management

• Conduct regular physical inspections of company trucks and record their condition.
• Check tyres, lights, vehicle body, equipment, cleanliness and general roadworthiness.
• Record and report vehicle defects, damages or maintenance requirements.
• Follow up on vehicle repairs, servicing, tyre replacement and workshop status.
• Maintain and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
• Monitor expiry and renewal dates for road tax, insurance, PUSPAKOM and other vehicle-related requirements.
• Ensure vehicles are operationally ready for upcoming delivery assignments.
• Update vehicle inspection and maintenance records in the company's system.

Documentation & Operations Support

• Sort, scan and properly file Delivery Orders (DO), POD and other operational documents.
• Assist in checking for missing or incomplete delivery documents.
• Support the Fleet Operations Assistant with basic operational and documentation tasks when required.
• Maintain proper physical and digital filing of fleet-related documents.
• Assist with vehicle movement, workshop arrangements and other ground operational matters.

Relief Driver

• Act as a backup/relief driver when regular drivers are unavailable due to planned leave, medical leave, emergency absence or manpower shortage.
• Carry out local and outstation deliveries when assigned.
• Ensure safe and timely delivery and proper handling of customer goods and documents.
• Follow company delivery procedures and TMS requirements.

Additional allowance when assigned as Relief Driver:

• Local trip: RM100 additional per trip
• Outstation trip: RM150 additional per trip

Requirements

• Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence and GDL suitable for commercial truck driving.
• Able and willing to drive company trucks when required.
• Previous experience in logistics, transport, fleet operations, truck driving or vehicle maintenance is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and comfortable using systems, scanning documents and maintaining records.
• Able to identify basic vehicle defects and maintenance issues.
• Responsible, punctual and organised.
• Able to work independently without constant supervision.
• Willing to perform both office/documentation work and hands-on fleet duties.
• Able to communicate effectively with drivers, operations team and workshops.
• Willing to travel outstation when assigned as a relief driver.

Who Is Suitable for This Position?

This position is suitable for someone who enjoys a combination of office work, vehicle/fleet management and driving, rather than sitting in the office throughout the entire working day.

You should be comfortable checking trucks physically, handling documentation, following up on maintenance matters and stepping in as a driver when operationally required.

Compensation

Basic Salary: RM2,500/month

PLUS Relief Driving Allowance when assigned:

• RM100 per local trip
• RM150 per outstation trip

Other statutory benefits will be provided in accordance with Malaysian employment requirements.
