Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Trade Finance transformation and implementation projects.

Work closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology teams to define solution requirements and delivery roadmaps.

Drive functional design, solution validation, testing, deployment, and production rollout activities.

Provide subject matter expertise across Trade Finance products and processes.

Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.

Ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and quality expectations.

Support business process improvements and operational optimization initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across technology, operations, and client stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on Trade Finance delivery experience.

Strong experience in end-to-end project delivery and implementation, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.

Deep understanding of Trade Finance products and processes, including:

Letter of Credit (LC)

Bank Guarantees (BG)

Documentary Collections

Trade Loans

Supply Chain Finance

Trade Operations and Compliance

Proven experience delivering large-scale banking or financial services transformation programs.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior Accenture experience is highly preferred by the client.

Experience working with global banking clients.

Exposure to Trade Finance platforms and digital transformation initiatives.

Experience managing distributed teams and offshore delivery models.
