Full Time Customer Service Engineer Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in SEMICONDUCTOR TECHNOLOGIES & INSTRUMENTS PTE LTD Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Able to assemble, setup and troubleshooting on semiconductor equipment

• Perform onsite installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment.

• Carry out machines upgrade and conduct buy-off according to customer specifications and requirements.

• Provide technical support and conduct customer training via phone or remote communication when required.

• Work closely with internal teams and customer to ensure equipment performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Diploma in engineering or related discipline

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.

• Good knowledge of semiconductor machines and related processes

• Good understanding of camera, lens and optical components is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented mindset.

• A proactive team player with strong integrity and commitment.

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively when required.
