Job Summary
Join us for a 6-month Marketing Internship with potential to advance to a permanent Marketing Associate role. Contribute to live streaming support, order processing, campaign management, and video marketing in a dynamic café setting.
Responsibilities
Support TikTok and Shopee live streaming activities
Enhance customer engagement and sales
Process and facilitate customer orders accurately and efficiently
Manage scheduling and coordination with live streamers to ensure smooth operations
Set up and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility and sales growth
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries to maintain high service standards
Film and edit videos and poster for marketing campaigns to create engaging promotional content
Post marketing campaigns across relevant platforms to maximize reach and impact
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Possession of or actively pursuing a relevant certificate related to sales, marketing, or digital media
Proficiency in video editing software to produce quality marketing materials
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
