The Investment Operations Manager will support the operational management of investment activities, ensuring that transactions, investment records, reporting, and related processes are completed accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will work closely with investment professionals, finance teams, external managers, custodians, and other stakeholders to ensure effective execution and control of investment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee day-to-day investment operations and transaction processes.

Support the accurate and timely execution of investment activities and related documentation.

Coordinate with fund managers, custodians, banks, administrators, and other external service providers.

Monitor investment transactions, settlements, reconciliations, and cash movements.

Review investment records and ensure data accuracy across relevant systems.

Support portfolio and investment reporting for management and internal stakeholders.

Monitor operational risks and ensure appropriate controls are maintained.

Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase operational efficiency.

Support investment accounting, valuation, and performance-reporting activities.

Ensure investment operations comply with internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Prepare operational reports, analysis, and management updates.

Assist with audits, internal reviews, and investment-related governance activities.

Work closely with investment, finance, risk, legal, and technology teams.

Support the implementation and improvement of investment-management systems and operational processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Investment Management, or a related discipline.

Relevant experience in investment operations, fund operations, asset management, banking, or financial services.

Good understanding of investment products, investment transactions, settlements, and portfolio operations.

Experience working with fund managers, custodians, brokers, administrators, or other financial institutions.

Strong knowledge of investment operations processes and financial controls.

Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple operational activities.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and investment or financial-management systems.

Understanding of risk management, governance, and regulatory requirements is an advantage.

Professional qualifications such as CFA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent would be an advantage.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with investment and corporate teams.

Pay: $7,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
