Full Time QC TECHNICIAN (NON EXECUTIVE) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,800 in Smartlink Engineering Selangor - Maukerja

Smartlink Engineering Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian contract manufacturing and engineering company serving the semiconductor and high-technology industries. We specialise in cable harness assembly, electrical and mechanical module assembly, control panels, box-build assemblies and system integration solutions for semiconductor equipment, industrial automation and precision manufacturing applications.

We are looking for a QC Technician to join our Quality Control team and support quality inspection activities across our manufacturing and assembly processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring materials, components and finished products meet customer specifications, engineering requirements and internal quality standards.

Current Location : Seksyen 32 Shah Alam

New Location : Sijangkang, Selangor (we will move to new facilities expected on Quarter *************).

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform incoming, in-process and final inspection of materials, components, assemblies and finished products.
• Conduct visual, dimensional and basic functional inspections according to drawings, specifications and work instructions.
• Check product quality throughout the manufacturing and assembly process.
• Identify, record and report defects, abnormalities and non-conforming products.
• Properly identify and segregate rejected or defective products to prevent mix-up.
• Record inspection results and maintain relevant quality and inspection records.
• Support Production and Engineering teams in identifying and resolving quality issues.
• Assist with re-inspection and follow-up checks after corrective actions have been taken.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping at the inspection area.
• Follow company requirements on quality, 5S, safety, and work procedures.

Requirements :

• SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality or related technical field.
• Previous experience in QC, manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, electrical/mechanical assembly or precision manufacturing will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of quality inspection procedures and measuring tools.
• Able to understand basic engineering drawings, specifications and work instructions.
• Good attention to detail and able to identify product defects accurately.
• Responsible, disciplined and able to follow established procedures.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willing to learn and work in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
