Role Description

* Coordinate deliveries, collections and transport arrangements

* Handle incoming & outgoing goods and assist with inventory/warehouse activities

* Liaise with vendors, suppliers, logistics providers, agents, customers, etc.

* Follow up on shipment, delivery, quotation and order status

* Assist in sourcing suppliers and products

* Support PR, PO, RFQ and quotation comparison

* Prepare and check relevant logistics and delivery documents

* Assist with loading, unloading and movement of goods when required

Qualifications

* Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field

* 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred

* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

* Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia

* Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with local and overseas suppliers

* Basic Microsoft Office skills

* Hands-on, responsible and willing to learn

* Physically fit and comfortable handling goods when required
