Minimum 2 years of sales / business development experience.

Experience in security services, facilities management, property management or related industries will be an advantage.

Strong B2B sales and business development skills.

Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Confident in meeting clients and decision-makers.

Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.

Target-driven, proactive and self-motivated.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.

Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office.

Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.

Willing to travel for client meetings, site visits and business development activities.

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Identify and develop new business opportunities for security guard services.

Approach potentialclients such as condominiums, commercial building, factories, warehouses, offices, malls and other properties.

Arrange meetings and site visit with clients.

Maintain good relationship with existing & new client

To prepare quotations and proposals.

Assist in preparing tender submissions and presentations.

Maintain regular follow-ups with key decision-makers.

Work closely with the operation team to understand client requirement and propose suitable security solutions

Achieve agreed monthly and annual sales targets.
