Role Description

The Senior Consultant CIB (Corporate & Investment Banking) will provide strategic and operational consulting services to financial institutions, with a focus on transformation initiatives in the corporate and investment banking domain.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support the design of target operating models and digital solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Manage and contribute to project workstreams, ensuring high-quality delivery within agreed timelines.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into practical recommendations and solutions.
• Prepare client presentations, reports and project documentation, and facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business, operations and technology.
• Support business development activities, proposals and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the Financial Services practice.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience within Corporate & Investment Banking, Financial Services and/or management consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Corporate & Investment Banking, including relevant products, front-to-back processes and the regulatory environment.
• Experience in business analysis, process mapping, requirements gathering and/or target operating model design.
• Experience in business or digital transformation, including technology-enabled change, data or automation within Financial Services.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively within multicultural and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore.
