ASSOCIATE PARTNER - STRATEGY – (RCG) RETAIL & CONSUMER PRODUCTS – SINGAPORE $$$ Excellent Package $$$

Our client is a Top Tier Strategy Consulting firm building out a very busy Retail / Consumer Goods practice. Growth in the Strategy team has created a leadership position which will help drive the Retail and FMCG sector’s growth through organic and inorganic (M&A) growth strategies. The role offers plenty of white space and a solid route to Partner.

The Position:

• Lead client engagements in the retail / consumer goods industries to improve their competitiveness and performance.
• Develop GTM, Product launch and acquisition strategies for leafing and emerging players in the sector.
• Leverage your network to drive sales and revenue for the firm.
• Foster innovation for clients by applying cross-industry insights on new technology trends, including Gen AI.
• What You’ll Bring:

• Over 8 - 16 years’ experience in strategy consulting within retail or CPG sectors.
• Experience in Retail and/or Consumer Goods is essential.
• MUST HAVE STRATEGY CONSULTING EXPERIENCE
• Expertise in leading GTM, Product launches, M&A & digital transformation engagements with large MNCs.
• Strong leadership experience with exceptional communication, client-facing and consulting skills
• Skilled in sales, proposal development, and client presentations
