Key responsibilities
Engage walk-in customers and provide professional consultation and product recommendations.
Promote and sell a range of home products, including lighting, ceiling fans, sanitary products, curtains, etc.
Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Proactively follow up on enquiries, leads and quotations to drive conversion and close sales.
Negotiate and close sales while delivering a positive customer experience
Build. and maintain strong relationships with customers, interior designers, architects and other industry partners.
Coordinate with suppliers, installers, and internal operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment, installation and project completion.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, sales processes, and documentation requirements.
Achieve monthly sales target and KPIs.
Maintain showroom cleanliness and proper product display.
Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of sales/retail experience
Experience dealing with IDs or contractors is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, outgoing and customer-oriented
Results-driven with ability to close sales
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable with retail working hours, including weekends and PH
Experience in retail, renovation, home furnishing, or related industries is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems
