I’m currently supporting a leading global semiconductor technology company in the search for a Process Manager – R&D to join its team in Singapore.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Process Integration / Technology Development professional to take ownership of advanced process development and integration activities within a highly technical R&D environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead R&D activities for new semiconductor process development and integration

• Drive process integration, optimization and technology development across multiple process modules

• Identify integration challenges and lead structured technical problem-solving

• Apply DOE, statistical analysis and data-driven methodologies to improve process performance and yield

• Collaborate closely with Process, Equipment, Hardware and other R&D engineering teams

• Support technology transfer and the introduction of new processes into production

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics or a related technical discipline

• Strong semiconductor Process Integration or Technology Development experience

• Good understanding of semiconductor process flows and interactions between different process modules

• Experience with areas such as deposition, etch, clean, CMP, lithography or related wafer fabrication processes

• Strong knowledge of DOE, process optimization, data analysis and technical troubleshooting

• Experience leading complex R&D projects and/or technical teams

• Background within a semiconductor fab, foundry, memory manufacturer or semiconductor equipment environment
