Job Overview

We are looking for a Payments Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our digital payment platform. This role will coordinate payment processes, transaction operations, account activities, and operational workflows while working closely with product, technology, compliance, and customer support teams.

The ideal candidate is organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily payment operations and ensure transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor payment activities, operational workflows, and transaction statuses.
• Coordinate payment reconciliation and investigate operational discrepancies when required.
• Work closely with product and technology teams to resolve payment-related issues.
• Maintain operational procedures, records, and internal documentation.
• Support improvements to payment processes, controls, and operational workflows.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers on payment-related matters.
• Prepare regular operational reports and performance updates.
• Assist with reviewing operational issues and implementing practical solutions.
• Support the launch and improvement of new payment products and platform features.
• Ensure day-to-day activities follow established internal procedures and applicable operational requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in payments, fintech, financial technology, digital platforms, or operations is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of payment processes, transaction flows, or account operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional technology and operations teams.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office and common business systems.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Pay: $7,000.00 - $110,000.00 per month
