Full Time Retail Marketing Specialist Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Penerbitan Pelangi Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

• Applicant must have minimum an Diploma in Marketing/Business admin/eCommerce.

• Applicant should have at least 1 year of retailing/ customer service experience or similar, however, fresh graduate will also be considered.

• Applicant must have experience with using cashier and POS system.

• Applicant must be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia , English & Mandarin to communicate effectively with various customers and vendors.

Managing Online Stores

• Monitoring day-to-day sales
• Ensuring sufficient stock available especially for fast moving or low-running items.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting order fulfilment and shipping matters.
• Executing promotion offered by Online Stores
• Analyse purchasing patterns and customer traffic
• Maintaining and updating the ************* webpages.

Marketing Support

• Conceptualise and create promotion items such as e-banners and social media postings
• Conducting and managing live online sales sessions.

Administration

• Generating and preparing data for reports and analysis
• Monitoring inventory list
• General working scope
• Online marketing support
• General administrative duties (reporting and data analysis)
• Creating social media contents and e-marcoms
• Logistics coordinating & monitoring
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management or immediate superior.
