Assistant Brand Manager / Brand Manager – Consumer Foods

We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager / Brand Manager to manage and grow our established consumer brands, including Cap Buruh, Farmcow and Daisy. You will be responsible for brand planning, marketing campaigns, new product development (NPD) and overall brand performance.

The position may be offered at Assistant Manager or Manager level, depending on experience and suitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute brand plans, marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Drive brand growth, market share and profitability.
• Analyse sales performance, consumer insights, competitors, market trends and pricing.
• Monitor brand performance, A&P spending, inventory and slow-moving stocks.
• Plan and evaluate marketing campaigns across relevant consumer and trade channels.
• Lead NPD and product launches, working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Manage agencies, vendors, project timelines and marketing deliverables.
• Present brand plans, campaign performance and recommendations to key stakeholders and management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in brand/product marketing.
• FMCG experience, particularly consumer food, is highly preferred.
• Experience in brand planning, campaigns and NPD/product launches.
• Good commercial awareness and ability to analyse sales and brand performance.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Must be willing to be based in Glenmarie, Shah Alam.
