Full Time Sales Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,800 in Palm Seremban Hotel Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

• Understand company products and brands and support direct report supervisors or sales managers in developing new sales channel strategies, and operational plans.
• Prepare for daily/weekly /Monthly report progress updates on the sales simulation, budget plan, and progress and activities of daily sales operations
• Compile monthly sales reports and analyze outlet-level sales performance to study the strategies deliverable further.
• Tracking the quotas and goals of each promoter of the sales team with KPI sets.
• Fully applied the use of Sales & E’hors system. Establishes and maintains the accounts management system.
• Maintaining and updating Account profile in E’hors system.
• Overall in charge of issuing responsible segment (Corporate, Government, Leisure and Banquet) contract rate, event orders, group reservation form, event order/ group reservation form changes, internal event orders and food tasting event orders.
• Maintaining an up-to-date weekly group/banquet function file for own segment.
• Typing and issuing ‘event of the day’ summary for own segment and typing of all function menu.
• Filling segment correspondence, faxes and event orders.
• Attend to all phone calls immediately (before the third ring).
• Attend to enquires by filling up full details in Group / Banquet information form and passing to salesperson in-charge.
• Direct mailing for room packages and special promotions.
• Prepare all quotations to client
• Handle walk-in guest in case of no salesperson.
• Conducting tours in the hotel if the salesperson is not available
• Must have strong product knowledge of hotel facilities mainly our banquet and room.
• To handle last minute functions (if salesperson is not available); getting all details from customer and issue Event Order.
• Carries out such other general and /or specific responsibilities, duties, activities and performance standards as may be assigned verbally or in writing by Management from time to time to meet operational requirement or owing to urgencies of service, whether or not such assignments relate directly or indirectly to the job.
