Proficiency in AutoCAD software for creating and modifying 2D and 3D designs.

Ability to interpret and translate technical drawings and blueprints into actionable CAD models.

Experience in preparing and managing construction documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.

Strong understanding of drafting principles and techniques to produce clear and precise technical drawings.

Familiarity with construction processes and terminology to effectively contribute to project planning and execution.

Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and project managers to develop and refine designs.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, error-free work.

Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to liaise with diverse team members and stakeholders.

Assist senior engineers and designers in creating and modifying detailed technical drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD software.

Prepare and update construction documentation, including plans, elevations, sections, and details, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.

Perform drafting tasks for various engineering disciplines, ensuring clarity, precision, and compliance with industry standards.

Collaborate with project teams to review design changes, incorporate feedback, and maintain up-to-date drawing sets.

Organize and manage CAD files, ensuring proper version control and accessibility for all project stakeholders.

Support the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and material take-offs based on CAD drawings.

Conduct site visits as required to gather information and verify existing conditions for design purposes.

Maintain a strong understanding of construction methods and materials to ensure the practicality and feasibility of designs.
