Kentasu is a healthcare AI startup from Japan. We build Kentasu RCM, a platform that helps private clinics and hospitals in Malaysia submit insurance claims faster, track payments and get paid on time.

Kentasu Sdn. Bhd. is based in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, and is part of Kentasu Inc. (Tokyo, Japan).

The Role

As a Panel Claims Executive, you will help GP clinics across Malaysia handle their panel claims with Kentasu RCM. Instead of doing claims for one clinic, you will use your experience to help many clinics do them better. You report directly to the CEO.

What You Will Do

• Help new clinics set up Kentasu RCM and show their staff how to submit claims with it
• Answer clinics’ questions about rejected, returned or unpaid claims
• Write down the claim rules, required documents and common rejection reasons for each TPA and insurer
• Follow up with clinics that need extra help
• Share your claims experience with our product team so we can build a better product

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of handling panel claims (TPA / insurer claims) at a clinic or hospital in Malaysia
• Experience submitting claims on several TPA and insurer portals, handling rejections and checking payments
• Patient and clear when explaining things to others
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• IT background or Japanese language is not required

Nice to Have

• Experience training colleagues on claims
• Experience with more than one clinic management system
• Claims experience at a TPA or insurer
