Role Description The Associate Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This position supports client engagements by gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting processes, and helping design technology and AI-driven solutions that align with client objectives. The Associate Consultant collaborates with senior consultants, technical teams, and stakeholders to prepare proposals, create presentation materials, and assist in solution implementation and change management activities. Daily tasks include conducting research on digital and AI trends, preparing reports and dashboards, coordinating project activities, and contributing to continuous improvement of consulting methodologies. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships through clear communication, timely follow-ups, and support during project delivery and post-implementation review.
Qualifications

• Ability to conduct structured business and technical analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation of workflows.
• Foundational knowledge of digital infrastructure, enterprise applications, and AI concepts, with interest in digital transformation and innovation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing presentations, proposals, and client-facing documentation.
• Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project tracking tools) and basic data analysis skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and stakeholder management abilities, with attention to detail and quality of deliverables.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, manage time effectively, and adapt to fast-paced project environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Data/Computer Science, or a related discipline; equivalent experience considered.
• Exposure to consulting, technology implementation, or AI-related projects is an advantage; familiarity with responsible and ethical AI practices is a plus.
