Proven experience as a Live Host, preferably within the e-commerce or social media space, with 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Demonstrated ability to engage audiences effectively during live streams, fostering a dynamic and interactive environment.

Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly and persuasively in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Experience in product demonstration, showcasing items in an appealing and informative manner to drive sales.

Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee functionalities and best practices for livestream commerce.

Creative mindset for content creation, including developing engaging scripts and visual elements for live sessions.

Excellent customer engagement skills, capable of responding to audience questions and comments in real-time.

Understanding of e-commerce principles and sales techniques to maximize conversion rates during live streams.

Ability to work onsite at our Kuala Lumpur office (62, Jalan Kilang Midah, Taman Midah, Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur, 56000, Malaysia).

Host engaging and interactive live streaming sessions on TikTok Shop, showcasing products and driving sales.

Develop creative content ideas and scripts for live streams, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and marketing objectives.

Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively during live streams, answering customer questions in real-time.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through active engagement, fostering a loyal community around the brand.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and special live stream events.

Analyze live stream performance metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to optimize future content and sales strategies.

Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends, platform features, and e-commerce best practices to ensure competitive advantage.

Present products and brand information in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner, utilizing strong presentation skills.

Manage the live stream environment, including technical setup and troubleshooting, to ensure a seamless viewer experience.

Contribute to the overall growth of Pineapple Pixels Media Sdn Bhd by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets through live commerce.
