Full Time Marketing Executive Jobs, in By Tembi - Maukerja

We’re looking for an early-career marketer to help grow the sport and wellness arm of By Tembi, and the creator brand behind it. This is a remote, part-time role: you’ll pitch brands and events, keep content moving across social media platforms, and run our newsletter, working directly with the founder.

Founded by Ilona-Jade Errington, a HYROX pro racer and marketing leader with more than 12 years’ experience across APAC and the UK, it supports organisations with partnership strategy, experiential design, storytelling, and advisory to build culturally relevant, emotionally resonant brand engagement.

Role Description: What you’ll do

BRAND PARTNERSHIPS, SPEAKING AND APPEARANCES

• Research and pitch brands for partnership content, and build a pipeline of targets
• Find speaking and appearance opportunities: conferences, corporate wellness events, panels, podcasts and brand activations
• Keep our partnerships and speaking tracker up to date

CONTENT AND SOCIAL

• Run the content calendar and scheduling across multiple platforms
• Brief video editors and keep them on deadline, from first brief to final revisions
• Design carousels and static posts in Canva, following brand guidelines
• Upload long-form YouTube content and help prepare titles and descriptions
• Occasionally source photographers and videographers for in-person shoots

NEWSLETTER AND WEBSITE

• Draft and send a fortnightly newsletter
• Grow our subscriber list through social media
• Keep the website, newsletter sign-up and links up to date

REPORTING

• Share a short monthly report on how we’re tracking

Qualifications: About you

• Organised and self-motivated working remotely
• Strong written English: pitches, captions and newsletters
• Confident on Meta, YouTube and TikTok, with basic Canva skills
• Comfortable reaching out to brands and event organisers, and following up
• Your own laptop - access to social media scheduling tools will be provided
• An interest in fitness or wellness is a plus, but not required
