Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage banquet events including weddings, corporate functions, and member gatherings.
• Oversee banquet setup, service execution, and event breakdown according to timelines and standards.
• Lead, train, and supervise banquet service staff to maintain service quality.
• Manage banquet supplies, equipment inventory, requisitions, and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and club operational standards.
• Build strong member relationships and provide personalised service.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly.
• Support budgeting, cost control, revenue tracking, and preparation of event reports and schedules.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a hospitality/ banquet setting

Location                             : Tanah Merah (company transport provided)

Working Days/Hours        : 6 days

Salary: $3380 + Bonus + AWS (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
