Full Time Banquet Operations Executive | Up to $3,000 Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in SWIFT SEARCH GLOBAL PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Salary: Up to $3,000/month

Working Days: 6 days per week

Working Hours: Typically 12pm – 8pm

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee banquet events, including weddings, corporate functions and private gatherings.

• Supervise banquet setup, service operations and event breakdown.

• Lead, guide and train banquet service staff to ensure excellent service standards.

• Coordinate manpower arrangements and staff schedules for events.

• Ensure smooth event operations and timely service delivery.

• Monitor banquet inventory, equipment and supplies.

• Attend to guests' enquiries, feedback and service requests professionally.

• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety and operational standards.

• Assist with event reports, administrative duties and operational cost control.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Hospitality, F&B Management or a related field preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in banquet operations, hospitality or event services.

• Experience supervising or leading service teams.

• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Strong customer service mindset with a hands-on working attitude.

• Knowledge of banquet service procedures, event setups and hygiene standards.

• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management is advantageous.

• Able to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays, according to operational requirements.

• Able to accommodate changes in working hours depending on event schedules.
