Location: PLQ

Duration: 8 Months contract (start 1 Dec)

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 6

Salary: Up to $4500

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management reports covering sales performance, operations, budgets, and key business metrics.
• Analyse data, identify trends, and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Assist in quarterly asset reviews, annual business plans, and management presentations.
• Consolidate data across departments and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Support MCST administration and ensure compliance with statutory and governance requirements.
• Coordinate council meetings, correspondence, resolutions, and stakeholder communications.
• Organise Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and facilitate post-AGM council onboarding.
• Liaise with legal advisors, consultants, and stakeholders on governance matters.
• Provide administrative support, maintain records, and assist the General Manager with ad hoc projects.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in administrative coordination, reporting and data analysis preferred.
• Strong understanding of MCST governance, strata management and experience organising AGMs, council meetings, or similar governance processes will be advantageous.
• Good analytical and organisational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage deadlines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
