Role Description This part-time hybrid role, based in Ash Sharqiyah South Governorate, Oman, with some work-from-home flexibility, combines responsibilities of Head of Talent Acquisition, HR Manager, and Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role involves designing and executing hiring and recruitment strategies to support business growth, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, and managing the interview and selection process. The individual will oversee graduate recruitment initiatives, build and maintain talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Day-to-day tasks also include developing employer branding activities, collaborating with leadership to forecast workforce needs, maintaining HR records related to recruitment, and ensuring compliance with local employment regulations. The role requires regular coordination with internal teams and external partners to promote the organization as an employer of choice.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Hiring and Recruiting, with experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in Interviewing and candidate assessment, with the ability to evaluate both technical and behavioral fit.
• Experience in Employer Branding, including promoting the organization across digital and professional platforms.
• Background in Graduate Recruitment, campus outreach, or early-career talent programs.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and local labor laws in Oman or the GCC region.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup, prioritize multiple roles, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage.
• Prior experience in real estate or a growth-oriented sector is a plus.
