Full Time M-E MANAGER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 17,000 in LY Construction Sdn. Bhd. Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

• Plan, manage and supervise all M&E works, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and related building services.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and other construction teams on M&E technical matters.
• Review M&E drawings, specifications, shop drawings and technical submissions.
• Monitor M&E installation progress and ensure works are completed according to the approved project programme.
• Ensure all M&E installations comply with relevant Malaysian standards, statutory requirements and authority approvals.
• Coordinate M&E builder's work requirements with the civil, structural and architectural teams.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, manpower deployment, material delivery and site installation activities.
• Manage testing, commissioning, inspection and handover of all M&E systems.
• Identify technical issues, resolve site coordination clashes and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare M&E progress reports, attend technical meetings and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.

Pay: RM9,500.00 - RM17,000.00 per month
