Personal driver + dispatch

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Klang Valley

Job Responsibilities

• Safe & Reliable Transportation: Provide safe, prompt, and professional driving services for the employer, family members, or company guests to designated destinations within the Klang Valley.
• Dispatch & Errands: Handle efficient delivery and collection of documents, parcels, goods, and items as required on a daily basis.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure company or assigned vehicles are kept clean, well-maintained, regularly serviced, and fueled at all times.
• Route Planning: Plan efficient travel routes, staying updated on traffic conditions, road closures, and navigation tools to ensure timely arrivals.
• Outstation Travel: Undertake occasional outstation driving assignments when required by management.
• Ad-Hoc Duties: Assist with general errands, administrative support, or other reasonable duties assigned by the employer from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Valid License & Clean Record: Possess a valid Malaysian driver's license with a clean driving record and no history of major traffic violations.
• Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience as a personal driver, chauffeur, or dispatch driver.
• Geographical Knowledge: Excellent familiarity with Klang Valley routes, major highways, and proficiency in using navigation tools like Waze and Google Maps.
• Punctuality & Reliability: Highly punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
• Health & Fitness: Physically fit and alert, with good vision and health to handle driving duties and occasional outstation travel.
• Flexibility: Willing to work flexible hours or overtime when required by the employer.
