Role Description The Educational Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. This role involves meeting with students and families to understand academic backgrounds, interests, and career aspirations, and advising on suitable programs, universities, and study destinations. The Educational Consultant will provide personalized education planning, guide students through application and admission processes, and maintain accurate records of consultations and outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, delivering presentations or briefings, supporting marketing or outreach events, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a high-quality, consistent advisory experience. The role also requires proactive follow-up with prospective and current students to offer ongoing support and maintain strong, trust-based relationships.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Educational Consulting and Education, with the ability to guide learners on academic progression and study abroad pathways.
• Candidates should possess solid Consulting skills, including needs assessment, solution-focused advising, and structured planning for students and families.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain options, requirements, and timelines effectively.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, demonstrating empathy, patience, and responsiveness in interactions with diverse stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in education advisory, counseling, or study abroad services is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of regional and international university systems, admission criteria, and scholarship opportunities is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Singapore, manage multiple cases concurrently, and use digital tools for documentation and communication.
• A diploma or degree in Education, Counseling, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
