Job Description

Requirements

No experience? No problem. The right attitude matters!

We're open to fresh graduates and school leavers who are ready to start their working journey and learn something new.

You don't have to know everything from day one. We'll guide you along the way, but we need you to play your part too!

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Fresh graduates and school leavers are welcome to apply.
  • No pharmacy experience required. Training will be provided.
  • Willing to learn about healthcare products, customer service, and pharmacy operations.
  • Friendly, polite, and comfortable communicating with customers.
  • Able to work with a team and support one another.
  • Open to feedback and willing to improve.
  • Responsible, punctual, and reliable.
  • Willing to work according to the agreed schedule, including weekends and public holidays when rostered.

What We Expect From You

  • Show up and be reliable. Take your attendance, punctuality, and commitments seriously.
  • Be willing to learn. Ask questions when unsure, listen to guidance, and put what you learn into practice.
  • Own your responsibilities. Complete assigned tasks properly. If something goes wrong, be honest and help find a solution.
  • Be open to feedback. Nobody is perfect. What matters is your willingness to accept guidance and do better next time.
  • Don't give up too easily. Every new job has a learning curve. Give yourself time to learn, practise, and improve before deciding something isn't for you.
  • Be a team player. Help one another, communicate respectfully, and contribute when the team needs you.
  • Take initiative. Don't be afraid to ask what else you can learn or how you can help once your tasks are completed.

If you're looking for a place where you can learn, gain real working experience, build confidence, and grow your skills, we'd love to meet you!

We don't expect perfection. We value effort, honesty, consistency, and progress.
