Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of client instructions, product coding, and data input validation across specific industries or categories (e.g., Beverages, Food, Health & Beauty Products)
- Ensure data integrity throughout all stages of data processing
- Verify the accuracy and validity of processed data
- Assist in investigating, resolving, and checking data quality issues raised by supervisors or clients
- Maintain strong working relationships and open communication across relevant Operations teams to meet client expectations and ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to all regional and global operational standards consistently
- Provide support for departmental or cross-team projects and perform other duties as required
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or an equivalent field
- Strong accuracy, proactivity, and attention to detail.
- Good general computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- SQL experience will be an advantage
