 Qualification and Experience

• 4–6 years of experience in F&B operations, ideally within a multi-outlet café, QSR or beverage chain.
• Retail Operations supervisory or management experience, with a strong understanding of outlet workflows, SOP implementation and operational improvement.
• The ability to assess operational feasibility and work across teams to improve execution.
• Cross-functional and multi-market exposure is an advantage.

 Position Responsibilities

Make great products work brilliantly across every outlet.

1. Regional Products Governance
   Establish and maintain regional Product SOP standards, reviews, documentation, version control, and change governance.
   
2. Operational Excellence
   Assess and optimise product preparation workflows, station layouts, and execution methods to improve speed, consistency, and productivity.
   
   3. Product Readiness
   Evaluate operational feasibility of new and revised products, and support pilots and go-to-market readiness recommendations.
   
   4. Process Optimization
   Improve ingredient handling, dosing, smallware use, and equipment-dependent processes to reduce complexity, waste, and operational variability.
   
   5. Execution Alignment
   Coordinate product execution standards and justify local adaptations across regional markets and Retail Operations.
   
   6. Continuous Improvement
   Monitor SOP adoption, operational errors, and post-launch feedback; coordinate corrective actions and execution improvements.
   
   7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
   Align R&D, Retail Academy, QA, Supply Chain, and Equipment/Machine Innovation on practical, trainable, scalable, and compliant execution.
