Full Time SENIOR OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE – E-COMMERCE - WAREHOUSE Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in LYNDARAHIM KUALA LUMPUR SDN BHD Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Operations Executive to lead our daily warehouse and e-commerce fulfilment operations.

The ideal candidate must be organised, proactive and capable of managing a small team to ensure smooth daily operations, accurate stock management and timely parcel dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and supervise daily warehouse and fulfilment operations.

* Manage order processing, picking, packing and parcel dispatch.

* Monitor TikTok Shop, Shopee and website orders to ensure timely fulfilment.

* Manage stock receiving, inventory movement and stock accuracy.

* Plan staff schedules, task allocation and daily workload.

* Ensure sufficient manpower coverage, especially during Saturday product launches and sales campaigns.

* Monitor team productivity and resolve operational issues.

* Prepare daily operational reports and update management.

* Develop and implement operational SOPs and improve workflow efficiency.

Requirements

* Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, e-commerce or fulfilment operations.

* Experience handling TikTok Shop, Shopee or other e-commerce platforms.

* Previous experience leading or supervising a team.

* Good understanding of inventory and warehouse management.

* Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills.

* Independent, responsible and able to work under pressure.

* Willing to support scheduled Saturday launches and operational requirements.

Salary: RM3,000 – RM3,500 per month
