Full Time Accounts Payable Specialist Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in Agensi Pekerjaan IFORTE Federal Territory - Maukerja

Contract duration: 12 months

Job Responsibilities:

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payments.
• Review and verify invoices, purchase orders and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Perform invoice matching, payment processing and reconciliation of vendor accounts.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment-related queries.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on pending payments to ensure timely settlement.
• Assist with month-end closing activities, including accounts payable reconciliations and reporting.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all accounts payable transactions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial procedures and relevant accounting standards.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant Accounts Payable (AP) experience.
• Prior experience working in a multinational corporation (MNC) environment would be an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English is a must.
• SAP experience is preferred.
• Good attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
