About the role

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and safety-focused Logistics Officer & Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, spares management, and logistics distribution across our rail maintenance depots. Coordinate inward and outward logistics, freight forwarding, customs documentation, and local transportation to ensure timely delivery of engineering assets.

Lead and supervise storekeepers and warehouse staff, optimizing manpower deployment, shift scheduling, and productivity metrics.

Enforce strict Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards, 5S housekeeping protocols, and safe material handling procedures within all storage areas.

Relevant experience in warehouse supervision, logistics coordination, or store operations (experience handling engineering, machinery, or technical spares is highly preferred).

Practical proficiency in enterprise ERP warehouse modules (e.g., SAP MM/WM) and Microsoft Excel for stock analysis and reporting.

Possess valid Forklift Driver License; certification in Work at Height or Dangerous Goods Handling is an advantage.
