Responsibilities
Staff Management & Training:
Supervising and managing a team of cleaning staff.
Allocating cleaning duties and creating work schedules.
Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
Identifying and addressing training needs for cleaning staff.
Delivering induction and proficiency training.
Managing time and attendance, including timesheets.
Service Delivery & Quality Control:
Ensuring service level agreements are met.
Monitoring work to ensure it meets quality standards.
Inspecting work done by cleaners and providing feedback.
Handling customer complaints and feedback.
Maintaining records related to cleaning operations.
Operational & Administrative Tasks:
Managing cleaning supplies and inventory.
Reordering supplies when needed.
Ensuring compliance with health, hygiene, and safety procedures.
Overseeing the maintenance of cleaning equipment.
Contributing to the development of work plans and procedures.
Attending meetings and communicating relevant information to the team.
