Full Time Senior Quanitity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,500 in AWIN ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

An opening exists for a Quantity Surveyor, willing to take up the following responsibilities, in a multi-racial working environment and short turnaround time requirements.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Responsibilities:

• Tender estimation and costing.

· Quantity take-off, estimation, cost planning, subcontracting, Variation Orders and Final Accounts with Clients.

· To review the progress of all on-going projects and preparation of monthly progress claim submissions to Clients; as well as evaluates and prepares Subcontractors’ claims.

· Undertaking duties/assignments as and when appropriately assigned by the HOD/Superior.

Requirements:

• Degree in Structural/Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Tender and Quantity Surveying Works.
• Able to read and understand Drawings well.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in costing and estimating construction projects.
• Knowledge of Standard Conditions of Contracts and Sub-contracts.
• Knowledge of Structural Steelworks will be an advantage.
• High proficiency with Microsoft office software in Excel and Word.
• With good interpersonal and communication skills.
