We are seeking a Technology Document Writer to support the development and enhancement of technology governance standards within a leading banking environment.

Contract: 12 Months
Location: Changi Biz Park
Salary up to $7500

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Review existing policies, standards, audit findings, and governance documents.
• Draft, edit, and maintain technology standards, procedures, and governance documentation.
• Translate complex technical and operational requirements into clear, structured documentation.
• Coordinate review cycles, track feedback, and maintain documentation traceability.

Requirements

• Experience in technical writing, policy writing, governance documentation, PMO, Business Analysis, or related disciplines.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
• Experience within banking, financial services, technology governance, risk, or regulated environments is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
