Full Time Production Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in SARAYA GOODMAID SND BHD Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and supervise production operators and daily production activities.
• Ensure production targets, quality, efficiency and output are achieved.
• Monitor production efficiency, downtime and wastage.
• Identify and follow up on operational, mechanical and electrical issues.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety requirements and PPE.
• Ensure non-conforming products are properly identified and segregated.
• Optimize manpower and machine utilization to improve productivity.
• Provide on-the-job training to new and existing operators.
• Ensure proper upkeep of machinery, equipment and production areas.

REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate or Diploma, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a production supervisory role.
• Good leadership, interpersonal and people management skills.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Willing to work shifts and extended hours when required.
• Able to work effectively with a diverse workforce, including foreign workers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
