Lead, manage, and coordinate Video Editors and Content Creators.

Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly content schedules.

Assign projects, set priorities, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely content delivery.

Oversee the full content workflow from briefing, production, editing, review, approval, and publishing.

Develop content directions, selling angles, and product priorities based on business objectives.

Plan and execute content for Double Digit, Payday, Platform, and Brand Campaigns.

Monitor key metrics including views, reach, engagement, CTR, orders, GMV, and conversion rate.

Analyze content performance and provide clear recommendations to improve results.

Test different hooks, formats, CTAs, product angles, and creative approaches.

Monitor TikTok trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

Provide guidance, feedback, and performance support to team members.

Conduct regular team performance reviews and identify training or development needs.

Work closely with E-Commerce, Marketing, Affiliate, Live Operations, and Creative teams.

Improve content workflows, SOPs, team productivity, and overall content quality.
