An established investment management organisation is seeking an Investor Relations professional to support its listed funds portfolio. The role will cover investor communications, financial and market analysis, regulatory disclosures and stakeholder engagement, with a particular focus on coordinating sustainability reporting and related disclosure requirements. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior management and multiple internal stakeholders across the investment and finance functions.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate the preparation of annual sustainability reports for listed funds, working with internal stakeholders to gather, consolidate and validate relevant sustainability information and data.
• Review and coordinate responses to sustainability assessments, ensuring information is accurate, consistent and submitted within required timelines.
• Support the preparation of quarterly earnings materials, annual and interim reports, investor presentations and other corporate communications.
• Manage investor and analyst enquiries, coordinate investor engagement activities, including roadshows, investor days, site visits and conferences, and maintain relevant investor relationship records.
• Monitor industry developments, market trends, peer performance and sell-side research to assess investor sentiment and market expectations.
• Coordinate regulatory disclosures and ensure investor communications, presentations and published materials comply with applicable securities regulations and stock exchange requirements.
• Work closely with senior management and internal teams across finance, investments, portfolio management, communications and legal to ensure consistent messaging and effective stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate investor-related events, including earnings calls, analyst meetings, annual general meetings and other corporate engagements.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Banking and Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, sustainability reporting, corporate communications, financial analysis or related fields.
• Experience or exposure to sustainability reporting, data coordination and sustainability assessments in a Real Estate listed environment would be advantageous.
• Strong financial analysis and presentation skills, with the ability to interpret financial results and communicate key business developments effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with different stakeholders. CFA, CAIA or International Certificate in Investor Relations (ICIR) qualifications would be advantageous.
