You will support the unit in managing infrastructure maintenance and finance matters to ensure facilities remain operational and meet training needs.

You will support the unit in managing infrastructure maintenance and finance matters to ensure facilities remain operational and meet training needs.
What You Will Be Working On
- Prepare the unit for annual infrastructure and logistics audits and execute remedial actions following audit findings
- Account for unit infrastructure as part of annual requirements and maintain all unit infrastructure through regular inspections
- Liaise with Integrated Facilities Management for the maintenance of infrastructure as required
- Process all end-to-end infrastructure financial transactions for the unit
- Track purchase requests, orders, and goods received to ensure prudent usage aligned to existing guidelines
- Guide unit personnel on finance procedures and processes
- Prepare the unit for annual finance audits and execute remedial actions following audit findings
- Developing and maintaining familiarity with a wide scope of guidelines and directives governing infrastructure and finance functions to ensure compliance across all transactions and processes
- Education in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field is preferred
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in logistics and finance is preferred
- Familiarity in infrastructure maintenance and finance processes
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to liaise effectively across internal and external stakeholders
