Full Time Tea Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 + additional compensation in SIP Culture Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role.

Proficiency in preparing various coffee beverages and understanding of coffee brewing techniques.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Basic math skills for handling transactions.

Ability to Manage Team

Manage the Staff and scheduling

Engage with customers in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including coffee machines, counters, and seating areas.

Manage inventory of tea, coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and report low stock levels.

Operate the cash register and handle customer payments accurately.

Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
