Role Description

The Warehouse Executive / Warehouse Coordinator / Inventory Controller supports accurate stock management and the efficient movement of goods through the warehouse. Responsibilities include coordinating receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch, maintaining records, and investigating stock discrepancies.

The Warehouse Executive oversees assigned activities and resolves workflow issues. The Coordinator organises schedules, documentation, and communication between teams, while the Inventory Controller monitors stock accuracy, conducts cycle counts, reconciles balances, and improves inventory controls.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant experience in warehousing, inventory control, distribution, or logistics coordination.
• Understanding of receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems, ERP platforms, barcode scanners, and Excel.
• Ability to maintain accurate stock records and check quantities and supporting documents.
• Strong organisational skills and communication with warehouse teams, carriers, and internal departments.
• Awareness of safe material handling, storage requirements, and warehouse procedures.
• For executive positions, experience monitoring workflow, resolving exceptions, and supporting productivity improvements.
• For coordinator positions, experience arranging inbound and outbound schedules and tracking order readiness.
• For inventory controller positions, experience conducting stock counts, reconciling discrepancies, and monitoring damaged, ageing, or slow-moving inventory.
