Smartlink Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is a Malaysian-based contract manufacturing and engineering solutions provider serving the semiconductor, electronics and high-technology industries. Our capabilities include cable and wire harness assemblies, electrical and mechanical assemblies, control panels, box-build assemblies, precision manufacturing and system integration.

As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are seeking a Production Support – Junior Executive to support our daily production operations, delivery coordination and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily customer deliveries with Sales, Production, Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Plan and arrange daily delivery schedules, including coordination with internal departments and external transport providers.
• Monitor production schedules, workflow and job progress to ensure timely completion according to customer requirements.
• Provide daily operational support to the Production team and assist in resolving production or delivery-related issues.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth material movement and production flow.
• Assist in preparing monthly Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) reports and Customs K2 summaries.
• Maintain accurate production, delivery and operational records, reports and documentation.
• Monitor outstanding deliveries and follow up on urgent operational matters.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, workplace safety and 5S housekeeping practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in production support, manufacturing operations, logistics or delivery coordination.
• Experience in a manufacturing or contract manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of LMW documentation and Customs K2 reporting will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
